Dispatch Times

  • In-stock items (London studio): dispatched within 48 hours
  • Custom / Made-to-order items: dispatched within 2–3 weeks
  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

 

Customs & Duties

  • VAT, duties and taxes will be applied according to your country’s regulations and must be paid by the customer.
  • These charges are billed separately by the courier at the time of delivery.
  • Shipping companies calculate duties based on package weight, customs clearance fees, and other local factors.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate or cover these costs.
  • Please check your country’s customs rules before ordering, as we cannot take responsibility for these charges.

 

Important Information

  • Packaging – Multiple items are shipped in one box. If you’re ordering a gift and would like a separate box, please leave a note at checkout along with your gift message.
  • Tracking – All shipments are tracked and may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Delivery Estimates – Transit times are estimates only and exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.
  • Public Holidays – UK Bank Holidays may delay dispatch and delivery.
  • Courier Disruptions – During Royal Mail strikes we may use alternative couriers; delivery times may vary.
  • Uncontrollable Delays – We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Address Accuracy – Please ensure your postal address is correct at checkout. We are unable to amend details once your order has been dispatched.
  • No Redirection – Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
