Each item is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans, which means small variations in stones, pearls, and finishes are part of its unique charm. These natural differences are not considered faults but a hallmark of handmade quality.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. Please review the details below.


Return Eligibility

General Items

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
    • In their original, unused condition.
    • Accompanied by their original packaging.
  • Refunds can be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit—your choice.


 Earrings

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for earrings due to hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty.


Adjustable Rings

  • No returns or exchanges on rings that have been adjusted from their original shape, as resizing alters the integrity of the piece.


Made-to-Order Products

  • Made-to-order or personalised pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive faulty.


Sale Items

  • Items purchased during sales, flash promotions, or limited-time offers are final sale, unless they are faulty.


Gift with Purchase

  • If your order included a gift with purchase, you must return the gift along with your item to be eligible for a refund. Failure to return the gift may void your return.


Pop-Up Purchases

  • For purchases made at pop-ups, a receipt is required for any returns or exchanges. Without a receipt, returns will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Returned items will always be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, including gift cards.
  • Refunds and exchanges apply only to items purchased directly through our website. If you purchased products from a stockist or third-party platform, you will need to return them to the place of purchase.
    • Note: Our stockists and third-party platforms may have returns and exchange policies different from ours.

 

Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping. We kindly ask you to use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
  • For international returns, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process, including the return address and packaging requirements.

Processing Your Return

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund or store credit will be processed within 2-3 working days.
  • Store credit is valid on all products, with no expiry date, allowing you to shop at your convenience.
