• Minor irregularities are not considered defects

• Product colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings

These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece.

 

4. Plating & Jewellery Care Disclaimer

Our jewellery is plated and requires proper care.

• Tarnishing due to exposure to moisture, perfume, chemicals or sweat

• Damage caused by improper storage or handling

Melrosia is not responsible for:

• Courier delays

• Lost parcels where incorrect shipping information was provided

8. Returns & Exchanges

• Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty

• Items purchased through stockists, third-party platforms, or wholesale channels must be returned directly to them

• Pop-up purchases require proof of purchase
